Embodiment 1

[0120] Study on the correlation between P / B and the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus

[0121] 1. Research object

[0122] The 50 cases of SLE and 92 healthy controls in the study were mainly from outpatients or hospitalized SLE patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. SLE patients who met the diagnostic criteria for SLE established by the American College of Rheumatology in 1997 were diagnosed by laboratory examination results. For each SLE patient, after being informed of the purpose of the study, they agreed to donate their feces for this study and signed an informed consent form. SLE patients with pregnancy, autoimmune disease, rheumatic disease and tumor were excluded. 92 healthy controls were healthy volunteers who were not treated with antibiotics or immunomodulators, and had no symptoms or history of pregnancy, tumors, infections, or any autoimmune or rheumatic diseases. These healthy volunteers were also informed of the purpose...

[0139] Study on the correlation between P / B and the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus

[0140] 1. Research object

[0141] The 94 SLE cases and 42 healthy controls in the study were mainly from outpatients or hospitalized SLE patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Forty-two healthy controls were healthy volunteers who were not treated with antibiotics or immunomodulators, and had no symptoms or history of pregnancy, tumors, infections, or any autoimmune or rheumatic diseases. These healthy volunteers were also informed of the pur...

Embodiment 3

[0158] Study on the correlation between P / B and the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus

[0159] 1. Research object

[0160] The subjects in the study were all the SLE population and healthy control population in Example 1 and Example 2. These SLE patients were all diagnosed by experienced rheumatologists according to the clinical manifestations and laboratory examination results in accordance with the 1997 American Rheumatology Guidelines. Association developed SLE diagnostic criteria for SLE patients. For each SLE patient, after being informed of the purpose of the study, they agreed to donate their feces for this study and signed an informed consent form. SLE patients with pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, rheumatic diseases and tumors were excluded. 134 healthy controls were healthy volunteers who were not treated with antibiotics or immunomodulators, and had no symptoms or history of pregnancy, tumors, infections, or any autoimmune or rheumatic diseases. These he...

Abstract

The invention relates to an illness state evaluating system and reagent kit for systemic lupus erythematosus, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine detection. An evaluating system is provided for conveniently and swiftly evaluating the illness state of the systemic lupus erythematosus. The evaluating system comprises the steps of calculating the ratio of proteobacteria/bacteroidetes (Proteobacteria/Bacteroidetes,P/B) of intestinal tracts of a patient, comparing the ratio with the reference value of healthy crowds (the medical reference value range set based on the early-stage research result is 0.13 to 0.63), when the ratio is higher than the reference value of the healthy crowds, performing effective assistance on SLE disease evaluation; and when the ratio is increased along with increase of an SLE disease activity index (SLE disease activity index, SLEDAI) mark, performing effective evaluation on SLE disease activity according to changes of the ratio. In addition, the invention further provides a corresponding reagent kit.

Description

technical field [0001] The application of the present invention relates to a method and a special kit for evaluating the condition of systemic lupus erythematosus by detecting the ratio of Proteobacteria / Bacteroidetes (P / B) in the intestinal tract, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical detection. Background technique [0002] Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease with a global prevalence of 0.02%-0.24%, with various clinical symptoms, mainly manifested as skin erythema, photosensitivity, arthritis, glomerular Nephritis, pericarditis, epilepsy and other nervous system symptoms and anemia, thrombocytopenia and other blood system symptoms. Previous studies have shown that the interaction of genetics, epigenetics, hormones and other age-related factors and environmental factors can cause immune system abnormalities, making patients prone to SLE. [0003] A large number of microorganisms are colonized in the normal human intestine, among w...
