Abstract

The invention relates to a detection method of capsule medicinal material for treating hemialgia. The detection method comprises the following steps: taking percolated extract of thecapsule medicinalmaterial for treating hemialgia as a to-be-detected sample, and obtaining a fingerprint spectrum of the sample by utilizing a HPLC fingerprint spectrum technology; and comparing the fingerprint spectrum with the standard fingerprint spectrum so as to judge the quality level of the to-be-detected medicinal material. Through the method disclosed by the invention, the process and the quality of the capsule medicinal material for treating hemialgi can be effectively represented, thereby comprehensively monitoring the product quality in the technic process; the influence on the set prescription preparation quality by the technic process and medicinal material source difference is avoided, and the singleness and one-sidedness of the preparation quality control are avoided.
