Problems solved by technology

The current research on Castanopsis grivigni mainly focuses on population ecology, gap regeneration, soil spatial heterogeneity and litter-soil stoichiometry, but there are not many allelopathic studies on the symbiotic and associated tree species of Castanopsis grivigii See

Embodiment Construction

[0023] (1) Materials and methods:

[0024] In March 2018, the litter from different parts of Castanopsis germani was collected in a fixed plot in Sanming, Fujian Province, and divided into four types: branches, leaves, bark, and husk, each 4 Kg. The seeds of the recipient plant Chinese fir were collected from Ji'an and Yingtan cooperative forest farms in Jiangxi, totaling 1.5 Kg. Vacuum pumps, Buchner funnels, petri dishes, 0.5% potassium permanganate, water baths, centrifuges, centrifuge tubes, 50 ml volumetric flasks, microplate readers, and 900 w artificial climate chambers produced by Ningbo Saifu Company were prepared in the laboratory for Cedar tree seed cultivation.

[0025] (2) Extraction preparation:

[0026] Grind the litter, leaves, bark and husks of Castanopsis grizii separately, and press 1 g·5 ml -1 (Add 5 ml of distilled water to 1 g of dry matter), add appropriate amount of distilled water, soak at room temperature for 48 hours, then filter with clean gauze,...

Abstract

The invention relates to an inhibitor for growth of auxiliary species cedar wood based on Castanopsis kawakamii litter extract liquid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and grinding Castanopsis kawakamii litter (including branches, leaves, peels and shells), adding a proper amount of distilled water into the raw materials, soaking the raw materials for 48 hours at normal temperature, and filtering the liquid by using clean gauze; finally, filtering the filtrate via a vacuum pump to obtain four 1:5 extraction solutions of branches, leaves, peels and fruits, which are determined as stock solutions; adding distilled water into the stock solution for diluting the stock solution by 1 time, 5 times, 9 times and 19 times to prepare four types of extracting solutions with different concentrations of 1:10, 1:30, 1:50 and 1:100; and treating cedar wood seeds by using the extracts with different concentrations. The result shows that the leaf extract is easily available, and the inhibition effect is more obvious than that of other litters; experiments show that the leaf extract with the concentration of 1:5 has the strongest inhibition effect, but can maintain normal vital signs of China fir; therefore, the product is a good seedling inhibitor, and is safe, environment-friendly and pollution-free to the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant growth inhibitors, and in particular relates to an inhibitor of the growth of associated species Chinese fir based on the extract of Castanopsis gritta litter. Background technique [0002] Castanopsis kawakamii is an evergreen tall tree with a long growth cycle in the Fagaceae family. It is a third-season relict plant distributed in the southern margin of the mid-subtropical region of my country. It is listed as a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) , is an important target tree species of the rare population wild plant rescue and protection project in Fujian Province. At present, the construction species of Castanopsis clematis natural forest has been in decline, the population of the middle generation is small, the natural regeneration of understory seedlings is poor, and there are associated species such as Pinus massoniana (Pinus massoniana), Schima superba (Sch...
