An action flange and bushing cloth processing method is characterized by comprising the steps of (1) applying lead powder to a graphite coating layer on one side of bushing cloth; (2) cutting the front end of the bushing cloth to form a tip; (3) applying glue to the other side of the bushing cloth; (4) rolling the bushing cloth in a ring shape, and placing the bushing cloth in a pin hole of a flange by using the graphite coating layer as an inner circle; (5) soaking a flange assembly in a mixed liquid of silicone oil emulsifier and coconut oil soap for a period of time; (6) cutting the bushingcloth, drilling, and cutting again the bushing cloth; (7) placing a pin inside for a week; (8) removing the pin.
