[0020] Example: Preparation of 2D BaMoO by Rapid Precipitation 4 method, including the following steps:
[0021] 1) At room temperature, 0.18M Ba(NO 3 ) 2 and 0.14M (NH 4 ) 6 Mo 7 O 24 ·4H 2 O was dissolved in 15ml of water respectively to prepare a mixed solution for subsequent use;
[0022] 2) Stir the mixed solution at a rated speed of 300 rpm with a mixer, until the mixed solution is mixed to separate out a large amount of visible white precipitates for standby;
[0023] 3) Wash the white precipitate in step 2 with water and ethanol, and then place it in an oven for drying at 60°C to obtain a high-purity two-dimensional nanomaterial BaMoO 4 (see attached Figure 1-2 ).
[0024] This method has many excellent characteristics such as high efficiency, rapidity and simplicity in the preparation of materials, overcomes the huge challenge of regulating two-dimensional nanomaterials caused by rapid crystallization of precipitation reaction, and prepares two-dimensional ...
