The miniature telemetering editor is used for solving the problem that an existing editor is large in size, high in cost, heavy in weight and large in power consumption. The editor comprises a digital signal transceiver, an isolation module, an exchange sub-module and a system-level chip module; one part of an input signal is a digital signal, and the digital signal is transmitted to the system-level chip module by the digital signal transceiver and the isolation module; the other part of the input signal is a multi-channel parallel analog signal, the multi-channel parallel analog signal is transmitted to the system-level chip module through the switch sub-module, and a single-path time division analog signal is output to the system-level chip module; a digital signal communication module is used for carrying out protocol analysis on the digital signal output by the isolation module; an analog-to-digital conversion module is usedfor receiving a single-path time division analog signal and outputting an editing signal; an editing control module receives a digital analysis signal and an editing signal and is used for outputtinga framing comprehensive signal; and a coding generation module is used for receiving the framing comprehensive signal, adding frame information, carrying out randomized coding processing, and outputting an encoding signal.
