The calibration radiometer receiver is used for receiving a cold air external calibration signal and the equivalent power internal noise source coherentsignal, and calibrating through the cold air external calibration signal and a matching load so as to utilize the calibrated radiometer receiver to measure the equivalent power internal noise sourcecoherent signal in real time. The scene radiometer receiver array and the calibration radiometer receiver share the vibrating mobile phase network, so that the vibrating mobile phase network suppliesrequired local oscillator signals to the scene radiometer receiver array and the calibration radiometer receiver.
