Embodiment 1

[0053] The test of this embodiment was carried out at the Civil Engineering Technology Research Center of Hebei Province. The test object was a three-point bending prefabricated notched beam specimen. The purpose of the test was to obtain the full-field displacement and strain information along the direction perpendicular to the crack propagation. Fig. 5 (a) is the actual picture of the device used in the digital image correlation method based on local grid encryption in this embodiment, wherein I is the MTS370.50 hydraulic servo universal testing machine, which is used to provide the required pressure for the test to make the three-point bending beam Specimen II was fractured. This test adopts the displacement loading control method, the loading rate is constant at 1mm / min, the material used in the test is round and straight steel fiber, the fiber content is 1.2%, and the water-cement ratio is 0.36. Abstract

The invention discloses a digital image correlation method based on local grid encryption. The method comprises the following steps: setting a gray threshold value, performing crack detection and recognition operation on speckle images one by one to obtain binarized analysis images corresponding to the speckle images, and recording coordinate information of crack boundaries in the binarized analysis images to determine a grid area needing to be encrypted; the method comprises the following steps of: setting a subset spacing, firstly generating uniform grids with equal pixel spacing in a binarization analysis image, and then executing grid encryption operation around a crack boundary expanded by the binarization analysis image according to crack boundary coordinate information recorded by the binarization analysis image corresponding to a reference image; and executing image processing analysis to obtain full-field displacement and strain information. According to the method, the function of densifying grids around the crack boundary in the image analysis process can be achieved for the problem of discontinuous deformation generated by quasi-brittle materials such as concrete and rock, and the precision of displacement and strain measurement results near the crack can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of digital image processing, in particular to a digital image correlation method based on local grid encryption. Background technique [0002] When using digital image correlation method for image processing and analysis, by setting the subset spacing, a square virtual grid with equal spacing along the x-axis and y-axis direction will be generated in the image analysis area (as shown in Figure 1(a)) . Among them, the pixel points located at the grid nodes are called analysis and calculation points, and the distance between every two adjacent analysis and calculation points is called the subset distance. The displacement information of each analysis and calculation point is solved by performing initial guessing and Gauss-Newton iteration operations, and the deformation calculation result is relatively accurate. For the solution of the displacement information of other pixels in the image analysis area except...
