Abstract

The invention provides a detection system and method of solid-liquid two-phase molar concentration. The system comprises a solid-liquid two-phase molar concentration detection system, wherein the system comprises a rotating and heating device, a connecting device, a cooling metering device and a control system. The rotating and heating device is mainly used for heating solid waste samples; under the effect of centrifugal force generated by rotation, the heating efficiency is higher, so that the liquid is sufficiently evaporated. The cooling metering device is used for cooling steam overflowingthrough evaporation into liquid; meanwhile, the volume is measured, and the air humidity is detected to judge whether the moisture completely evaporates. The connecting device is used for guiding theflow of the steam and preventing the reverse flow. The control system is mainly used for controlling a sensor, a heater, a step motor and other equipment.
