Abstract

The invention discloses an application of pyrimidine derivatives to treatment of thyroid cancer. Thyroid cancer is an endocrine malignant tumor with high incidence. Cancer incidence and mortality datareleased by Chinese center for cancer control and prevention in 2018 show that about 170,000 new cases of thyroid cancer and about 8,000 deaths of thyroid cancer occurred in China in 2014. At present, drugs for effective treatment of thyroid cancer are few and cannot meet clinical needs. It is found that partial pyrimidine derivatives have significant inhibitory effect on human thyroid cancer B-CPAP cells and can be used for preparing drugs for treating the thyroid cancer. Parent nuclei and substituents of the pyrimidine derivatives significantly affect effect of the derivatives on thyroid cancer.
