Abstract

The invention provides a method for rapidly detecting the phosphorus contents of leymus chinensis. The method includes the following steps: 1) performing different known phosphorus concentration treatments on leymus chinensis seedlings, separately performing phosphorus content determination and ATPase activity assay of a leymus chinensis leaf on the same leaf, separately obtaining the phosphorus content of the leymus chinensis leaf processed by different phosphorus concentration treatments and the ATPase activity in the leymus chinensis leaf processed by different phosphorus concentration treatments so that a corresponding relation between the phosphorus content and ATPase activity of the leymus chinensis leaf can be obtained; and 2) performing ATPase activity assay on the leymus chinensisleaves whose phosphorus contents need to be detected, and obtaining the phosphorus contents of the leymus chinensis leaves according to the corresponding relation between the phosphorus content and ATPase activity of the leymus chinensis leaf. The method performs chlorophyll fluorescence parameter P515 determination on the leymus chinensis by utilizing a non-invasive, simple and sensitive chlorophyll fluorescence technology, and analyzes the changes of the ATPase activity of the leymus chinensis under different phosphorus concentration conditions, so that photosynthetic structure ATPase to response mechanisms with different phosphorus concentration can be further understood, reference can be provided, and leymus chinensis resources can be effectively managed and used, and therefore, the method has important values on promoting the sustainable development of the leymus chinensis resources.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new method for conveniently and sensitively detecting the phosphorus content of Leymus chinensis leaves. Background technique [0002] Leymus chinensis (Trin.) is the main herbage and dominant species in the grasslands of northern my country, and its growth condition directly determines the grassland productivity in this area. Phosphorus is a large element necessary for plant growth and development. It is not only a component of important substances such as plant biofilms, nucleic acids, proteins, phospholipids, and ATP, but also participates in physiological processes in plants in various ways. [0003] At present, the method for detecting phosphorus content in plants in the prior art is mainly spectrophotometry, and spectrophotometry generally includes molybdic acid, phosphorus molybdenum blue and phosphorus vanadium molybdenum yellow spectrophotometry, etc., but commonly used are phosphorus molybdenum blue and phosphorus v...
