Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional nutrition powder prepared by using kitchen waste as a raw material, and belongs to the technical field of feed processing and production. Raw materials comprises (by weight): 80-90 parts of kitchen waste, 1-3 parts of glucoamylase, and 0.5-2 parts of hydrochloric acid with the concentration of 27-37%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) sorting after dehydration of the kitchen waste, and removing inedible garbage such as white trash in the kitchen waste; (2) adding glucoamylase into the remaining kitchen waste after the sorting step to carry out fermentation treatment while the fermentation temperature is not higher than 40 DEG C and the moisture content is not higher than 20%; (3) respectively drying and sterilizing the fermented kitchen waste and other non-liquid raw materials, and then crushing and sieving through a sieve of 80-120 meshes for standby; and (4) mixing the pulverized and refined materials with other liquidmaterials, sealing for at least 48 hours to obtain the multifunctional nutrition powder prepared by using the kitchen waste as the raw material. The materials are easily available; the processing procedure is simple; and the multifunctional nutrition powder contains rich nutrients and can help enhance immunity of raised animals.
