Abstract

The invention relates to water paint, in particular to two-component waterborne polyurethane finish paint composition and primer composition matched paint and preparation methods thereof, and providestwo-component waterborne polyurethane finish paint composition and primer composition and preparation methods thereof in order to solve the problem that a paint film formed by the conventional waterborne floor paint is poor in mechanical strength and poor in medium resistance. The finish paint composition is prepared from a main agent and a curing agent, wherein the main agent is prepared from ahydroxy polyacrylate-containing dispersion, a waterborne elastic polyurethane dispersion, an alcohol ether solvent, a wetting dispersant, a defoamer, matting powder, a thickener, a liquid flame retardant, a mould inhibitor, deionized water, an anti-settling agent, a wetting agent, wax emulsion and a leveling agent; the curing agent is prepared from water-dispersed polyisocyanate and a high-boiling-point ether-ester solvent. By means of matched construction of the two-component waterborne polyurethane finish paint composition and primer composition, a paint film is excellent in adhesion, flexible and fire-retardant and is applicable to decoration and protection of PVC floor cloth of oversize vehicles and dining cars and floors of stadiums.
