The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring two-dimensional scatter maps of different rates and different modulation formats under different light performance damages, and dividing the acquired two-dimensional scatter maps into a training set and a test set; A multi-task convolutional neural network model is constructed, in which the first four layers are convolutional pooling layers, the fifth layer is feature sharing layer, and the sixth layer has three output ports, the first output port is optical performance damage monitoring output, the second output port is modulation format class output, and the third output port is rate class output.
