Problems solved by technology

However, its production efficiency is low, and it is not suitable for large-scale production requirements; high-voltage electrostatic fields are required, and relevant supporting protection devices are required to ensure production safety during use; due to the application of electrostatic fields, there are requirements for fiber receiving equipment, and fibers cannot be deposited in surface of any material
[0005] In addition, in the application of air filtration, the filter material is basically in a dark and humid environment, especially in the summer high temperature season, the filter material is easy to retain bacteria in the process of filtering dust and dirt, and breeds mites and various germs. The filter material is not replaced in time, which leads to the fact that in practical application, dust particles are filtered, but new pollution sources such as bacteria are introduced

Abstract

The invention discloses a solution jet method modified antibacterial degradable nano fibers and application thereof in air filtering. A preparation method of the nano fibers includes: using one or more of biodegradable polymer such as PLA (polylactic acid), PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), PEO (polyoxyethylene), PEG (polyethylene glycol), PLGA (polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer) or PGA (polyglycollide) as the raw materials, sufficiently dissolving the raw materials in an organic solvent which comprises more of chloroform, acetone or ethanol, adding a nano bacterium removing agent which is optional one of TiO2, Ag2O or MnO2, and evenly stirring and dispersing; using a solution jet spinning liquid feed device to prepare nano fibers, and depositing the modified nano fibers to nonwoven fabric toobtain the modified antibacterial degradable nano fibers. The degradable nano fibers is evident in antibacterial effect, good in filtering effect, biodegradable, environmentally friendly and suitablefor large-scale production.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of nano materials, in particular to a solution spray method modified antibacterial and degradable nanofiber and its application in air filtration. Background technique [0002] With the rapid economic development and the acceleration of my country’s industrialization and urbanization, air pollution has become a serious problem that cannot be avoided. Air quality is deteriorating day by day. The total emissions of air pollutants have been high for many years. After 2012, various regions of the country have experienced serious problems. In some areas, the air quality has exploded continuously for several days, and the number of patients suffering from respiratory diseases has increased significantly, seriously affecting people's daily travel and physical and mental health. At the same time, with increasing attention to health issues, people are paying more and more attention to the air quality and personal protection of the s...
