Abstract

The invention discloses a conduction function detecting system of primary motor cortex nerve in a spinal cord of a rat brain, including stimulation electrodes, a recording electrode, a pulse stimulator and a nerve signal acquisition system, wherein the stimulation electrodes are connected with pulse stimulator, the recording electrode is connected with nerve signal acquisition system, stimulationelectrode adopts tungsten wire single electrode made by MicroProbes Company, USA, electrode type is WE30030.5 A3, axis diameter is 0.081 mm, tip diameter is 2-3[um]m. The recording electrode adopts tungsten wire single electrode manufactured by MicroProbes Company, USA, electrode type is WE30031.0 A3, axis diameter is 0.081 mm, tip diameter is 2-3[um]m. The pulse stimulator uses a Master-9 pulse stimulator with a frequency of 1 Hz and a wave width of 1 ms. As that magnitude of the stimulation current is regulate by the isolator, the invention can detect the conduction path of the nerve signalof the primary motor cortex of the rat brain in the spinal cord, solves the problem of the probe electrode implantation in the microelectronic nerve bridge scheme in the experiment, and provides practical data for the reconstruction of the motor function lost due to the spinal cord injury by the microelectronic technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of nerve signal detection, in particular to a system for detecting the conduction function of rat brain primary motor cortex nerves in the spinal cord. Background technique [0002] The spinal cord is a part of the central nervous system of humans and vertebrates. In the spinal canal, the upper end is connected to the medulla oblongata, and paired nerves are sent out from both sides, which are distributed to the limbs, body wall and internal organs. Inside the spinal cord there is an H-shaped (butterfly-shaped) gray matter area, mainly composed of nerve cells; around the gray matter area is a white matter area, mainly composed of myelinated nerve fibers. The spinal cord is the center of many simple reflexes. On both sides of the spinal cord send out many pairs of nerves (called spinal nerves) that distribute to the skin, muscles and internal organs throughout the body. The spinal cord is the pathway betwee...
