Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for detaching radial electronic components (101) from a component tape (102). The device comprises a cutter (103) for cutting leads (104) of a radial electronic component (101), a limiter (109) for aligning the radial electronic component (101) with respect to the cutter (103) in a first direction, and means (110, 112, 301, 401) for arranging a body (111)of the radial electronic component (101) against the limiter (109). The invention also relates to a method for detaching radial electronic components (101) from a component tape (102).
