Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a gradient ramp of 3D printing enamel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting a sizing agent extruding molding technology for 3D printing single-color semi-product enamel, wherein the semi-product enamel has a three-dimensional structure and need not be supported by a substrate; putting the semi-product enamel into nano-carbon powder, locally burying the semi-product enamel into carbon powder and locally exposing in the air according to the design of gradient ramp; putting the carbon powder with the semi-product enamel into an oven and sintering for at least 6h under a natural volatile atmospheric condition, thereby acquiring the end product of enamel with the gradient ramp along vertical direction and different colors parallel to each other along horizontal direction. The preparation method disclosed by the invention can break through the limitation of two-dimension color filling of the traditional enamel technology and can realize the conversion of the enamel handiwork from two-dimension plane to three-dimensional state.
