The input shaft is connected with a planet carrier in a torsion resistance mode, anda first motor shaft of the first motor is connected with a sun wheel in a torsion resistance mode. A gear ring can transmit power to the output shaft, and the second motor can output the power to theoutput shaft through a second motor shaft, wherein the first end and the second end of the clutch device capable of jointing and disconnecting from each other and are correspondingly connected with the planet carrier and the gear ring or the sun wheel and the gear ring in a torsion resistance mode, wherein the first motor, the input shaft and the first planetary gear mechanism are arranged coaxially, and the first motor and the input shaft are located on the same side, in the axial direction, of the first planetary gear mechanism.
