The organic light-emitting display panel comprises a substrate, an organic light-emitting device located on the substrate, a polarization structure located at a light outlet side of the organic light-emitting device, and a packaging structure, wherein thepolarization structure sequentially comprises a quarter-wave plate layer, a metal wire grid layer and a polarization substrate layer in a light outlet direction of the organic light-emitting device; and the packaging structure is located at one side, far away from the substrate, of the polarization substrate layer. A polarizer structure provided by the invention is designed into a stack structurecomprising the polarization substrate layer, the metal wire grid layer and the quarter-wave plate layer and is integrated into the organic light-emitting display panel, so that the transmittance of ashort wave band is also effectively improved while the thickness of the display panel is reduced; and meanwhile, light reflected from the organic light-emitting device directly enters a quarter-wave plate and the scattering phenomenon when the light is outside is eliminated, so that the organic light-emitting display panel is higher in polarization effect and greater in inhibiting effect on ambient light reflection.
