The machine comprises a box body and at least one layer of crystallization carrier mesh belt arranged in the box body, wherein the crystallization carrier mesh belt is provided with carrier filler for carrying concentrated liquid to be crystallized and dried. The machine disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: high-concentration waste liquid discharged by various devices can be fully evaporated and crystallized, the concentrated liquid can be reduced by 80% or more, and the removal rate of non-volatile substances in the waste concentrated liquid can reach 95% or more; a low-temperature fully-closed drying process is adopted to inhibit volatilization of volatile gas to ensure safe operation; no tail gas is discharged, so that an additional odor treatment system is not needed; and the whole drying process can be performed under closed environment conditions, so that nogas is discharged to the external environment, and secondary environment pollution can be avoided.
