Abstract

The invention provides a method for simulating a charge volume of an air conditioning system. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring suction gas superheat of a compressor, a system mass flow rate, an opening degree of an electronic expansion valve, a high-low pressure ratio of the compressor, a suction gas density of the compressor, a volume flow rate of the system and a saturated exhaust temperature of the compressor when the air conditioning system is in an operating state; by adopting regression analysis, determining a prediction parameter of a refrigerant charge volume from the acquired system parameters; according to a result of regression analysis, determining a charge volume prediction model for representing a relationship between the refrigerant charge volume and the prediction parameter; and according to the charge volume prediction model, calculating the refrigerant charge volume of the air conditioning system. The prediction parameter of the refrigerant charge volume is determined in a regression analysis mode so as to obtain the charge volume prediction model and implement direct prediction of the refrigerant charge volume; accuracy of a prediction result is greatly improved; faults possibly caused by insufficiency of a refrigerant are reduced; user experience is improved; and maintenance cost is saved for a client.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of air conditioning, in particular to a method for simulating the charging amount of an air conditioning system. Background technique [0002] During the operation of the air-conditioning system, even if the refrigerant content in the system is 100%, false alarms of "Loss of Charge" often occur, so it is particularly important to accurately predict the refrigerant charge of the air-conditioning system. At present, the degree of superheat or subcooling is usually used to indirectly predict the refrigerant charge of the system, and the accuracy cannot meet the demand. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention provides a method for simulating the charging quantity of an air-conditioning system. [0004] Specifically, the present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions: [0005] A method for simulating charge of an air-conditioning system, the method comprising: [0006] Collect the com...
