The method comprises a step of preparing a sandwich panel with a topology interlocking structure and an intelligent control step, wherein the intelligent control step specifically comprises sub-steps: dividing grids according to a three-dimensional mathematical model of a sandwichpanel product, and calculating the mechanical property of the thermoplastic composite metal sandwich panel according to performance parameters of the thermoplastic composite and the metal plate; presetting hot stamping process parameters, and performing artificial neural network computing, diagnosis and optimization according to defects of a preformed sandwich panel product so as to obtain optimized hot stamping process parameters; and performing punch forming on the sandwich panel according to the optimized hot stamping process parameters, thereby obtaining the sandwich panel product. The sandwich panel with the topology interlocking array structure is obtained, the artificial neural network system controlled mold-pressing process and online intelligent optimization are realized, and a good technological base is laid for intelligent, lightweight, high-performance, high-efficiency and low-cost manufacturing of the thermoplastic composite metal sandwich panel product.
