The invention further provides the air conditioner and a storage medium. According to the condensate water discharging method,due to the deformation amount of the elastic assembly fixing the water receiving disk, the liquid level height of the condensate water in the water receiving disk is calculated, and therefore the water discharging pump is controlled to run or the alarming prompt is output, the situation that when a water level float switch of an existing water discharging pump is stuck by foreign matter, the waterdischarging function cannot be achieved, and consequently overflowing of the condensate water and internal unit water leaking are caused is avoided, and the running reliability of the air conditioneris improved.
