The obtained deep-sea mineralized fluid disclosed by the invention contains general mineralssuch as potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in general drinking water and trace elements having biological activity to a human body; with molecular clusters of the deep sea water, the deep-sea mineralizing fluid is absorbed by the human body more easily and meets the demand of balanced intake of all mineral elements by the body.
