The method particularly comprises the following steps that 1,the corn straw is crushed and then mixed withthe corncob,the plant ash,the brewer's grains and the animal dung,and a mixture is obtained; 2,the mixture is put into a sealed pot for composting fermentation; 3,compost is moved into the fermentation tank to be fermented; 4,the garden soil,the river sand,the modified zeolite powder,the modified gelatin and the kieselguhr are mixed and then added in a fermentation material,drying and granulatingare conducted,and the nutrient soil can be obtained.
