Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings. These drawings are all simplified schematic diagrams, which merely illustrate the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, so they only show the structures related to the present invention.

[0019] Such as figure 1 The shown low-energy-consumption capture device for carbon dioxide in tail gas of LNG power plant includes an LNG cold energy recovery system, a gas hydrate generation system and a gas hydrate decomposition system.

[0020] The LNG cold energy recovery system includes an LNG pump 1 that pressurizes the LNG of a gas-fired power plant. The LNG pump 1 is connected with a first heat exchanger 2 and a second heat exchanger 3 in sequence, and a second heat exchanger 3 A turbine expander 5 is connected, and the turbine expander 5 is connected to a generator 6 through a mechanical shaft. The natural gas after expansion and work done by the turbine expande...

Abstract

The invention relates to a low-energy consumption device for trapping carbon dioxide in tail gas of an LNG power plant. The low-energy consumption device comprises a LNG cold energy recycling system,a gas hydrate forming system and a gas hydrate decomposing system. According to the low-energy consumption device, the CO2 in flue gas is separated and trapped through the use of a large amount of cold energy released in the LNG gasifying process of a gas-fired power plant and through combination with a way of hydrate formation, a tray-type hydrate forming tower can achieve continuous separation of hydrate, a gas heat exchange-type hydrate decomposing device can fully utilize afterheat of the flue gas for decomposing the hydrate, and the CO2 is sealed up for safekeeping. The low-energy consumption device fully utilizes LNG cold energy and the afterheat of the flue gas, achieves continuous separation of the flue gas, seals up the CO2 for safekeeping to reduce CO2 emission, plays a positiverole in relieving the greenhouse effect, and is not affected by seasonal and environmental changes and has a great practical application value.

Description

Technical field [0001] The hydrate application technical field of the present invention, in particular, is a low-energy-consumption capture device for carbon dioxide in tail gas of LNG power plants. Background technique [0002] According to the requirements of the "13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration, my country will focus on optimizing the layout of energy production, eliminating outdated production capacity, enhancing the competitiveness of the energy industry, and building a clean, low-carbon and safe Efficient modern energy system. In order to reduce the serious air pollution caused by coal combustion, governments in many places have implemented "coal-to-gas" energy rectification actions to increase the proportion of natural gas used. At the same time, a number of gas-fired power plants using natural gas as fuel have emerged. The use of natural gas as fuel greatly reduces ...
