Abstract

The invention discloses an online temperature-fixed detection method for welding arc pollutants based on emission spectrum. The welding arc spectrum is collected online, and according to the spectral line intensities of different wavelength characteristic spectral lines and corresponding spectral parameters, the method is calculated by using the Boltzmann equation. The instantaneous temperature of the spectrum, from which the spectral line intensity of the specified characteristic line at the specified temperature is screened out, and the concentration of the pollutant element to be measured is calculated semi-quantitatively. The method of the invention is used for comparing the concentrations of the same pollution element in welding arcs produced by different welding materials at the same temperature.
