Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of hazard events, dozens or even hundreds of operating scenarios and hazards are usually combined. In traditional methods, dozens or even hundreds of severity assessments and controllability evaluations are required for each hazard. Assessment and ASIL level assessment, in order to finally get the ASIL level of this hazard, the workload is huge

Embodiment Construction

[0020] Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are shown in the drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals designate the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the figures are exemplary and are intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

[0021] Embodiments of the present invention take a drive system of a mass-produced pure electric passenger car as an application object, such as figure 2 shown.

[0022] It can be understood that, in the drive system of the mass-produced pure electric passenger car, the power battery provides energy, and the drive motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, thereby driving the road vehicle forward or backward. When the drive system of the mass-produced pure electric passenger vehicle breaks down, it may cause two t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for carrying out hazard assessment by risk analysis (hereinafter referred to as HARA) on road vehicle speediness, and aims at rapidly assessing automotive safety integration levels (hereinafter referred to as ASIL levels). The method comprises the following steps of: estimating exposure probability levels E0, E1, E2, E3 or E4 of operation scenes; combining hazardswith the operation scenes to obtain hazard events and assessing ASIL levels of the hazard events; when a hazard event, the ASIL level of which is assessed to be ASIL D, exists, completing the assessment process; and when a hazard event, the ASIL level of which is assessed to be ASIL C, B, A or QM, exists, removing the operation scenes, the exposure probabilities of which are below E3, E2, E1 or E0, from a library, combining the hazards with the residual operation scenes in the library to obtain hazard events, assessing ASIL levels of the hazard events until operation scenes not combined withthe hazards do not exist in the operation scene library, and completing the assessment process. According to the method, the frequency of assessing the ASIL levels of the hazard events is effectivelydecreased, the time is saved and the HARA speed is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of functional safety of road vehicles, in particular to a rapid hazard analysis and risk assessment method for road vehicles. Background technique [0002] As the software and mechatronics technologies of mass-produced passenger cars become increasingly complex, the risks from systematic failures and random hardware failures are gradually increasing. In this context, the international standard ISO 26262 "Road Vehicle-Functional Safety" was officially promulgated in November 2011, and the corresponding national standard GB / T 34590 "Road Vehicle Functional Safety" was officially promulgated in October 2017. The above standards are applicable to A safety-related system containing one or more electronic and electrical systems on mass-produced passenger cars, the purpose of which is to avoid risks by providing appropriate requirements and procedures, to ensure the functional safety of electronic and electrical systems, and...
