Abstract

The invention relates to a gravity driving hydrophilic membrane apparatus for treating algae-containing water and a membrane cleaning method, and relates to a gravity driving hydrophilic membrane apparatus and a membrane cleaning method. The invention aims at solving the problem of the pretreatment of algae-containing water and environmental pollution caused by waste liquid produced when a gravitydriving hydrophilic membrane is cleaned. The gravity driving hydrophilic membrane apparatus comprises a plurality of water inlet containers, a water pump, a water outlet container, a membrane assembly, a gas flow meter and an aeration device. The cleaning method comprises the following steps: aerating the membrane assembly by virtue of the aeration device, storing, by the water outlet container, partial discharged water after the membrane filtering as backwash water, and sufficiently backwashing the membrane assembly under the gravity effect. By adopting the gravity driving hydrophilic membrane apparatus, no novel chemical substance is introduced, no secondary pollution is produced, an algae cell structure is not damaged, and the release of an intracellular article such as algal toxin canbe avoided. By adopting the cleaning method, no toxic and harmful substance can be introduced in the cleaning process, the secondary pollution is avoided, and no addition backwash water needs to be stored. The gravity driving hydrophilic membrane apparatus and the cleaning method thereof are suitable for pretreating the algae-containing water and cleaning the gravity driving hydrophilic membrane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water treatment, and relates to a gravity-driven hydrophilic membrane device and a membrane cleaning method. Background technique [0002] With global warming and massive discharge of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus, water bodies such as lakes and reservoirs are prone to algae blooms. Algae blooms corrupt the water quality and algal toxins released by algae seriously threaten the growth of aquatic organisms and destroy the balance of aquatic ecology. Lakes and reservoirs are usually used as drinking water sources, and algae blooms seriously threaten the safety of drinking water supply. [0003] It is difficult to effectively remove algae in the main process of coagulation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection in the main process currently used in drinking water plants, and algae cells and odor substances will partially penetrate the treatment unit. During algae blooms, the effluent from drinking w...
