For the information configuration method, by configuring the high-level filter coefficient value for the narrowband IoT equipment accessing the current network and transmitting the high-level filter coefficient value to the narrowband IoT equipment, the narrow-band IoT equipment can determine the narrowband reference signal receiving power after current high-level filtering according to the high-layer filter coefficient value.
