A master computer is used to calculate priorities of various slave computers by using data lengths, scanning times, slave computer addresses, and then is used to allocate data transmission orders, until transmission of all data is completed, and at last, by adopting a communication efficiency quantization method, communicationefficiency is evaluated, and is used as a basis of priority parameter optimization. The priorities are adjusted dynamically, the communication efficiency optimization parameters are quantized, andtherefore the priorities are guaranteed, and line communication resources are fully used. According to the invention, realization is simple, and requirements on actual application are satisfied.
