The system comprises a hydrocarbonwax preparation device, a microwave generation device, a microwave assisted hydrocarbon wax decomposition device, a product separation device, a C1-C4 collection device, a hydrogen purification deviceand a fuel cell vehicle system; the hydrocarbon wax preparation device is connected with the microwave assisted hydrocarbon wax decomposition device; microwaves generated by a microwave generation system are outputted to the microwave assisted hydrocarbon wax decomposition device through a regulation and control unit; C1-C4 organic matters enter the C1-C4 collection device through a C1-C4 outletof the product separation device, hydrogen enters the hydrogen purification device through a hydrogen outlet of the product separation device, and the hydrogen outlet of the product separation deviceis connected with a hydrogen inlet of the fuel cell vehicle system.
