Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic question answering method and device, and a storage medium. The embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps that: identifying digital contents in question information, and converting the identified digital contents into a corresponding first question vector; converting non-digital contents in the question information into a corresponding second question vector; according to the first question vector, the second question vector and a digital reference vector set, obtaining a target answer vector corresponding to the first question vector; obtaining target digital contents corresponding to the target answer vector; and according to the target digital contents, constructing answer information corresponding to the question information. By use of the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, a better comprehension way is provided for digital contents which appear in reference information and question information, and on the other hand, a better way is provided for the digital contents in the answer information. The finally obtained answer information can be matched with the question information, and accuracy for the question answering system to obtain answer information is improved.
