The method comprises steps as follows: step 1, acquiring division information of a tunnel rock-soil body, physical and mechanics parameters of the rock-soil body and design information of a tunnel structure; step 2, determining the position of fracture surfaces of rock-soil bodies of two tunnels and a surrounding rock breakage mode; step 3, determining calculation parameters according to the breakage mode; step 4, determining tunnel arch distributed loadaccording to the breakage mode; step 5, determining the horizontal pressure of the tunnel according to the breakage mode.
