The device for protecting the computer software includes a risk prediction module, a risk evaluation module, a user reminding module and a user operation module. Then, the risk evaluation module is built, the risks existing in the computer software are evaluated, the types of risks needing to be solved are determined, and a scheme is proposed. Later, the user reminding module is built, a user conducts operation according to prompts of the risks existing in the computer software, and the situation is avoided that due to the risks, the user cannot operate the computer software. Finally, the user operation module is built, and the user conducts particular operation on the risks likely to exist in the computer software according to a computer software platform to particularly protect and implement the computer software.
