Problems solved by technology

[0004] There is no consensus on the pathogenesis of anxiety, but relevant studies have shown that the transmission of excitatory signals between cells in patients with anxiety is abnormal, suggesting that anxiety may be caused by a disorder in the ability of brain cells to communicate with each other

Embodiment 1

[0043] A device for measuring anxiety based on LZC complexity, see figure 1 and figure 2 , the device consists of:

[0044] The EEG signal acquisition device 1 of NuAmps&Scan4.5 is used to collect EEG signals in the resting state of eyes open and eyes closed for 8 minutes;

[0045] The preprocessing module 2 is used to extract the 4 frequency bands (δ, θ, α, β) of the EEG signal after down-sampling, filtering, de-artifacting and other processing of the above-mentioned EEG signal;

[0046] The analysis and calculation module 3 is used to perform LZC complexity nonlinear analysis on the 4 frequency bands of the EEG signal respectively, and calculate the LZC values of the 4 frequency bands sequentially with the divided time series as a unit, and calculate according to the obtained LZC values of the 4 frequency bands Anxiety coefficient, the obtained coefficients of no anxiety, mild anxiety and moderate to severe anxiety are used as the judgment index for measuring the de...

Embodiment 2

[0051] The following is combined with specific calculation formulas, examples, image 3 and Figure 4 The scheme in Example 1 is further introduced, see the following description for details:

[0052] 1. EEG signal acquisition equipment 1 The experimental part involved in the embodiment of the present invention is the acquisition of resting state EEG. The EEG signal is relatively stable in the resting state with eyes closed, and the EEG signal is greatly affected by blinking in the eye-opening state, which is the difference between the average eye-opening and eye-closing state. (Spearman Brown has verified a reliability of 0.91 for both open and closed eye conditions).

[0053] The acquisition of resting EEG with eyes open and eyes closed for 8 minutes is to set the prompt sound through the program, prompting the subjects to open eyes (O) or close eyes (C) alternately in the order of 8 times at 1 minute intervals. This experiment adopts OCCOCOOC mode, see below image 3 . ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a device for examining anxiety degrees on the basis of LZC (Lemp-Ziv complexity). The device comprises electroencephalography signal acquisition equipment, a preprocessing module, an analysis and computation module and a classification module. The electroencephalography signal acquisition equipment is used for acquiring EEG (electroencephalography) signals in 8-minute eye-open and eye-closed rest states; the preprocessing module is used for extracting four frequency bands delta, theta, alpha and beta of the EEG signals after processing such as down-sampling, filtering and artifact removing is carried out on the EEG signals; the analysis and computation module is used for nonlinearly analyzing LZC for the four frequency bands of the EEG signals, sequentially computing LZC values of the four frequency bands by the aid of split time sequences used as units, and computing anxiety coefficients according to the obtained LZC values of the four frequency bands, and theobtained anxiety-free, mild-anxiety and moderate and severe-anxiety coefficients can be used as judgment indexes for examining the anxiety degrees; the classification module is used for applying support vector machines to building anxiety degree classification models by the aid of input data which are anxiety coefficient characteristic matrixes of anxiety-free, mild-anxiety and moderate and severe-anxiety crowds, and the anxiety coefficient characteristic matrixes are obtained after LZC characteristics of various leads are extracted, so that an anxiety-free state, a mild-anxiety state and a moderate and severe-anxiety state can be accurately, objectively and automatically classified.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention proposes a new method for measuring the degree of anxiety relying on the characteristics of electroencephalography (Electroencephalography, EEG), and in particular relates to a device for measuring the degree of anxiety based on Lemp-Ziv Complexity (LZC). The device can realize one-time automatic classification and process clinical supervision of anxiety degree. Background technique [0002] The 20th century is called the era of anxiety. With the intensification of social competition and the acceleration of the pace of life, people often experience anxiety when they encounter mental pressure, life setbacks, and painful situations. According to reports, the incidence of anxiety in the general population is about 4%, accounting for 6-27% of psychiatric outpatient clinics, and studies have shown that the level of anxiety in the 1990s was much higher than that in the 1950s. Anxiety and depression are often concurrent, and the inciden...
