The cleaning device and the combined kitchen appliance have the advantages that the arrangement of the location of the water inlet and water outlet enables ozone bubbles to stay for longer time in the cleaning tank, so that the ozone bubbles can be contact with and clean to-be-cleaned articles more adequately, and the cleaning ability of the cleaning device is higher.
