The method comprises the steps of monitoring load information ofeach message middleware in a message middleware cluster; setting priority of each message middleware according to the load information of each message middleware and configuration information of a host corresponding to each message middleware; and when a user access request message is received, issuing the user access request message to the message middleware with the highest priority for processing. According to the method and the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the load balancing control is performed on the message middleware of the cloud computing operating system, so that each function module of the cloud computing operating system can perform efficient information interaction via the selected optimal message middleware node, the response speed of the cloud computing operating system is improved, and the stability of the function of the cloud operating system is ensured.
