Embodiment 1

[0014] A method for extracting the polysaccharides from the flower of crabapple, specifically: heat and reflux 960g dried flower of crabapple with 2 L petroleum ether for 3 times (each heating and reflux time is 2 h); then take the residue with 20L of 70% Soak in ethanol 3 times (24 h each time). After soaking, remove the residue and add 25L of distilled water, decoct 3 times for 3 hours each time, filter after decoction, combine the filtrate and add 95% ethanol to a final concentration of about 80%. Stand still for 24 hours, take the precipitate, rinse with absolute ethanol, acetone, and petroleum ether three times respectively, put it in a cool place until there is no smell of organic reagents, redissolve in distilled water, concentrate the reconstituted solution, and then freeze-dry to obtain the crabapple Flower polysaccharide, about 114 g.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting malus halliana flower polysaccharide, and is characterized in that the method comprises the steps: carrying out heating reflux of dried malus hallianaflowers with petroleum ether, then taking a residue, and soaking with ethanol; after the end of soaking, taking out the residue, adding water and decocting; and after the end of decoction, filtering, adding 95% ethanol to the filtrate until the final concentration is 70-85%, allowing to stand, taking a precipitate, and leaching with anhydrous ethanol, acetone and petroleum ether respectively, wherein the obtained precipitate after leaching is the malus halliana flower polysaccharide. The invention also discloses an application of the malus halliana flower polysaccharide in preparation of drugsfor treating functional constipation. Tests find that the malus halliana flower polysaccharide can significantly increase the content of motilin (MTL), gastrin (GAS) and P substances in serum, reduces the content of somatostatin (SS) and improves functional constipation. The malus halliana flower polysaccharide is indicated to be an ideal drug for treating functional constipation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polysaccharide medicines, and in particular relates to polysaccharides from Begonia flower polysaccharides and its extraction method and its application in the preparation of medicines for treating functional constipation. Background technique [0002] Functional constipation (functional constipation, FC) is a functional disease, which refers to a functional gastrointestinal disease whose symptoms originate in the middle and lower gastrointestinal tract. Constipation caused by factors such as bad living habits, social and psychological effects, drug effects, etc. Constipation is functional constipation. Its clinical manifestations are difficult defecation, decreased frequency, prolonged defecation time, etc. Constipation has a great impact on the quality of life of patients. At present, most of the drugs used to treat functional constipation on the market have defects such as poor curative effect and to...
