Abstract

The invention relates to a monomagnetic vehicle traffic parameter detecting system based on a vector model and a method thereof, wherein the system and the method belong to the field of traffic detection. The system comprises four sets of magnetic sensors, four sets of instrument amplifiers, four sets of analog-to-digital converters, a digital signal analyzing processor, a two-dimensional gyroscope sensor, a wireless transmission module power supply module and a system interface. The four sets of magnetic sensors are connected with the four sets of instrument amplifiers, and are connected withthe four sets of analog-to-digital converters. Then the four sets of magnetic sensors are connected with the digital signal analyzing processor. The magnetic sensors amplify a magnetic detected signal to an appropriate interval through the instrument amplifiers. After the magnetic detected signal is converted to a digital signal through the analog-to-digital converters, the digital signal is input into the digital signal analyzing processor, and simultaneously the two-dimensional gyroscope sensor measures an included angle between the detecting system and pavement. The monomagnetic vehicle traffic parameter detecting system has advantages of simple structure, quick speed detecting method, high accuracy in vehicle speed detection, and simple construction process.
