According to the anchor-pulling construction method, the anchoring rods are constructed on the spandrel position of the tunnel and connected with the foundation beams, anchoring force is exerted to the overlaying soil layer of the tunnel, and thus anchor-pulling effect is achieved; effective strengthening is conducted for avoiding loosening, andthe very good limiting and reducing effects are achieved on sedimentation deformation of the overlaying soil layer of the stratum shallow-buried tunnel; and the construction method is short in construction period, low in manufacturing cost and high in construction efficiency, unbalanced force generated in tunnel excavation can be dissipated, the strain state is adjusted, development of deformation is slowed down, the self-constraining effect is achieved, and the very good practical value is achieved.
