An excreta detection reagent block and a contrast reagent block are stuck to spoke-arranged fan-blade-shaped substratesof a test disc, so that more detection projects are accommodated. Gaps are formed among substrates, thereby preventing mutual interference to different detection project reagents. Width and shapes ofthe substrates can be changed, so that personalized detection projects and general detection projects are located on the same test disc. Therefore, detection projects with different types are assembled. Each test project is provided with a negative contrast, so that the reliability of a detection result is improved.
