Abstract

The plastic package bag comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of linear low density polythene particles, 15-20 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate resin particles, 8-10 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 8-10 parts of corn straw fiber, 3-8 parts of a composite antiseptic, 5-10 parts of aplasticizer, 2-5 parts of a stabilizing agent, and 0.5-1 part of nano Au36(SCH3)24 cluster. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) raw material drying; 2) fusing; 3) modification; 4)film blowing; 5) bag producing; 6) edge sealing; and 7) stamping. The bacteriostatic plastic package bag employs the linear low density polythene and ethylene-vinyl acetate resin as basic materials,the composite antiseptic is added, so that the plastic package bag has good bacteriostasis performance, starch maize fiber and calcium carbonate powder are added, and tensile strength and toughness ofthe plastic package bag are enhanced. The plastic package bag has the advantages of simple production, good practicality, and good bacteriostatic effect.
