The preparation method comprises: preparing physiological saline; and introducing hydrogen gas with a purity of not less than 99.9999% into the physiological saline at a temperature of 20 DEG C to achieve the supersaturated state of the hydrogen gas in the physiological saline so as to obtain the hydrogen-containing nasal cavity care solution.
