Abstract

The double-layered latex glove is characterized by comprising an inner contact layer and an outer working layer, wherein the inner contact layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 580 to 650 parts of low-protein natural latex, 3 to 4 parts of potassium hydroxide, 5 to 7 parts of sulfur, 2 to 4 parts of an accelerant, 5 to 7 parts of zinc oxide, 5 to 8 parts of an anti-ageing agent, 3 to 4 parts of titanium white, 0 to 4 parts of a coloring agent and 2 to 3 parts of a de-foaming agent; the outer working layer isprepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 120 parts of butyronitrile latex, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of sulfur, 1.0 to 3.0 parts of a plasticizer, 0.5 to 3.0 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5 to 5.0 parts of pearl powder and 0.0 to 0.6 part of color paste. The double-layered latex glove disclosed by the invention has relatively good acid and alkali resistance and wear resistance of the outer working layer and the utilization performance of the glove becomes good; meanwhile, the inner contact layer made of the latex is more fitted to hands of people and the double-layered latex gloveis softer and more comfortable.
