The cultivation method comprises the following steps: smashing and uniformly stirring the cultivation material, and fermenting for twice, thus obtaining a cultivation material after twice fermentation; putting the cultivation material after the twice fermentation into a fungus bag for sterilizing, thus obtaining a sterilized cultivation medium; inoculating a cultivatedpleurotus geesteranus strain to the sterilized cultivation medium, and cultivating in a cultivation room, thus obtaining a fungus bag full of mycelia; after transplanting the fungus bag to the cultivation for cultivation, harvesting the pleurotus geesteranus which is maturely cultivated.
