Embodiment 1

[0058] Embodiment 1, a kind of preparation method of bean taro leaf water extract, carries out following steps successively:

[0059] 1) Mix taro leaves and water at a ratio of 1g:8ml, and use a juice extractor to beat; the obtained slurry is leached by ultrasonic (ultrasonic frequency of 40,000Hz) for 240min at 50°C, and the extract is extracted at 4000 rpm centrifuge for 30min,

[0060] The filter residue obtained by centrifugation replaces the taro leaves in the above steps and repeats the beating, ultrasonic extraction and centrifugation of the above steps; the number of repetitions is 3 times;

[0061] The supernatants obtained by the above 3 times of centrifugation were combined to carry out the following step 2).

[0062] 2), the obtained supernatant was concentrated by rotary evaporation in a rotary evaporator (the process parameters set by the rotary evaporation were temperature 38°C, vacuum degree -0.09MPa) until it was 10% of the original volume;

[0063] 3), the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses application of a taro leaf water extract in reducing liver cell lipidosis. The application refers to preparation of medicines and healthcare foods for treating or preventing non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases. A preparation method of the taro leaf water extract comprises the following steps: 1) mixing taro leaves with water, pulping, performing ultrasonic extraction, and centrifuging to obtain supernate; 2) performing rotation evaporation concentration on the supernate; 3) performing separation purification on the obtained concentrated liquid with macroporous resin, andusing a 1% formic acid solution as an eluting agent and a methanol solution with 0.05% of formic acid as an eluent, and collecting an elution liquid; 4) performing rotation evaporation concentrationon the elution liquid to obtain pulp concentrated liquid; 5) pre-freezing the pulp concentrated liquid firstly, and further drying by a vacuum freeze-drying machine, thereby obtaining powder, namely the taro leaf water extract.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the preparation of the water extract of bean taro leaves and its application in the preparation of health food and medicine for the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver; it also relates to the reduction of oleic acid-induced LO2 cells (human liver cells) Application of lipid deposition in prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Background technique [0002] Apios americana Medikus is a perennial leguminous plant (Papilionaceae subfamily) native to the eastern part of North America from Canada to the southern part of Florida. Its edible part is the underground tuber, and its protein content is higher than that of other plant tubers. It is a crop with both nutrition and economic value, so it is often used as a staple food by Indians. Bean taro has been successfully introduced in China since 2009, and has been gradually promoted and planted in ...
