Historical data is extracted from the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise information system or expert experience is obtained from the brains of technical personnel through a semi-automatic acquisition mode based on a complex knowledge resource acquisition template. Full-lifecycle knowledge of the high-end equipment is obtained through a preset knowledge acquisition process. The knowledge obtained in the above steps is stored into a distributed database according to theexpression form of the knowledge, to form a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise knowledge base. The knowledge service requirements of technicians of a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise are obtained in an active and passive combined mode. A corresponding knowledge service engine in the multi-mode knowledge service method library is called according to the knowledge service requirements. The knowledge service engine calls full life cycle knowledge of the high-end equipment in the knowledge base and generates needed knowledge service by utilizing an inference algorithm.
