Abstract

The invention provides a device and method for pushing an elastic body to clean slag at an outlet of a rotary kiln through strong current magnetic force. The device comprises a gun barrel, a magneticforce emission power supply, a carrier vehicle, a gun barrel angle adjusting device and the elastic body. The gun barrel, the magnetic force emission power supply and the gun barrel angle adjusting device are mounted on the carrier vehicle. The gun barrel angle adjusting device is erected at the bottom of the gun barrel. Two guide rails arranged symmetrically in the gun barrel are connected with the magnetic force emission power supply. The elastic body is loaded in the gun barrel. The two sides of the elastic body are slidably connected with the two guide rails arranged symmetrically in the gun barrel. The device pushes the elastic body through the strong current magnetic force to strike the slag at the outlet of the rotary kiln and can safely and efficiently clear away the slag at the outlet of the rotary kiln. In the slag removing process, the internal environmental quality of the rotary kiln is not affected. Moreover, the device is a certain distance away from the outlet of the rotary kiln. Hazards and heavy manual labor of workers due to manual slag removing under a high-temperature environment are avoided. The influence of the high temperature near the outlet of the rotary kiln on equipment is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electromagnetic mechanical device, in particular to a device and a method for removing slagging at the outlet of a rotary kiln by pushing a projectile with strong electromagnetic force. Background technique [0002] Rotary kiln is one of the main equipment for producing pellets. The problem of slagging near the outlet of the rotary kiln has always been a major problem in actual production. Therefore, the removal of slagging near the outlet of the rotary kiln has a great impact on safe production and economic benefits. At present, there are some methods for removing slagging near the outlet of the rotary kiln, such as moving the combustion zone to burn off the slagging; manual slagging; rapid cooling method; mechanical scraper, etc. The above methods may damage the equipment, and the high temperature may also bring danger to the staff.
